Hi! We're glad to tell you about some rules which we use for all our service (commissions, adoptables, trades, raffles, gifts, requests and other).PAYMENT METHODS:

Commissions: our usual deadline is one week if unspecified. Prepayment before sketch should be at least 20%. Full payment should be sent after sketch. Or you can send full amount at once, as you wish :)Otherwise we'll wait a bit of time, will become sad and will not return prepayment!Payment plans are available, but should be discussed individually. We can split payment into bits up to six monthly transactions!Adoptables: We will send all featured files after full payment within 24 hours :)Our adoptables have no rules. You can do with characters anything you want.Trades: our usual deadline is two weeks if unspecified. We prefer to show sketch to each other and only after sketches continue to the finish line. Reposts, favs or other possible activity on featured publications in socials are required! All this can be discussed individually!Raffles: our usual deadline for art is two weeks if unspecified. Adoptable files will be sent within 24 hours after the winner's response. If winner of the raffle does not respond during 24 hours, we'll reidentify the winner.
